Sikat Sining (or Rising Art) was an extracurricular Art Program for students at the Poblacion National High School (formerly MNHSA), running since 2010 to the present. The Sikat Sining program includes regular Saturday art classes, as well as sessions with guest speakers. It touches on topics such as self-image, identity, the rights of the child, and other relevant issues, all designed to enable teenagers to recognize their unique gifts and empower themselves through art.
